Welcome to Powtoon. The Powtoon hi-tech company deals with developing an online platform for creating animated videos. The office stretches across an entire floor of the HaArba’a Towers, in central Tel Aviv.
The floor comes with a huge bonus: a wide terrace facing west towards Givon Square, between HaArba’a and HaShamonayim streets. The company’s team stressed how important it was for them to feel that urban sensation as they entered the office in the morning. For that exact reason, a wide lounge welcomes those who enter the space and spreads all the way to the terrace facing the city.
The lounge becomes the beating heart of the company as a gathering place for activities during the day: welcoming guests and having work meetings, meet-ups, coffee breaks, happy hour and more. There are additional conference rooms spread around the lounge, a game room, quiet stalls and open spaces for work.
We developed two unique design lines for this project. The first was called Man-Cave Design, a design line inspired by savage places in nature such as log cabins in the woods, which were translated into a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The second line was Geo-Color, on spreading of color throughout the space. A prominent example of that is the colorful and geometric floor especially planned for the main conference room. The combination of both those design polarities created a new visual and sensory experience.

Our firm was established in 2000 and specializes in planning and designing offices and workspaces for companies and organizations. We provide a service from start to finish, including the planning, designing, and project managing until its conclusion. Architect Hagai Nagar, who founded the firm, has a B.Arch degree from the Tel Aviv University School of Architecture since 1999. He combines engineering-planning skills with an artistic one as both an architect and a designer.
The various projects we have led over the years were inspired by ideas and original designs developed in our firm, while connecting to what is happening in the global world of architecture and design. Our portfolio includes a long line of projects that have both a design as well as a functional view linking them together, while still looking to surprise, excite and innovate. Our professional approach combines creative design with technical excellence in engineering, while deeply familiarizing ourselves with a variety of materials and technologies. We love seeing it all take place, and lead projects to success while delving into various aspects such as ergonomics, lighting, acoustics, branding, etc.
