The office floor for the Ramat Gan Municipality’s legal department, located in Sapir Tower, branches into four areas: the City Attorney’s office, attorneys’ workspaces, the VIP lounge, and the External Relations department.
The legal services area dominates the floor, designed to support the municipality’s legal team. At its entrance is a meeting room with warm wooden finishes, a black ceiling, and a central round table, serving as an informal lounge-like gateway to the department. Beyond it lies the main conference room, centered around a striking wooden table imported from abroad.
The attorneys’ offices are connected by a semi-curved corridor, shaped by the building’s “eye” structure. Employee cafeterias and reception desks crafted from treated bent steel complement the design. Natural stone and wood parquet flooring, paired with muted shades of black and mocha, create a formal yet inviting atmosphere, with subtle pink accents adding warmth.
The VIP lounge, designed for hosting ambassadors and distinguished guests, features elegant sofas, a custom carpentry wall, steel cladding, a touch-screen TV, and various seating areas for a welcoming and impressive experience.
