A wide and vast space which towers upwards, greets those who enter the Target-Care offices. The company’s offices are a hangar-like structure, not far from the Ashdod harbor, and are inspired by the seaside and the containers docked there for loading and unloading goods.
The design walks the line between preservation and reinvention. On the one hand, keeping its ‘hangar-like’ space and high ceilings, with exposed graffiti-painted concrete walls and blue containers, hints at its proximity to the harbor. On the other hand, a modern and innovative look is portrayed by the combination of glass and black tones, ultra-modern light fixtures, light decking and the clean finishing lines of the offices and common spaces.
The light fixtures, which were custom-designed for the space, hang down from the 7-meter-high ceiling, as if floating in midair, washing the main space with natural and balanced lighting. The height of the space and its sense of vastness were preserved and put to use by internally dividing the area into a wide and central space as well as a large call center, alongside intimate quiet rooms and separated common areas.
The high space is divided by a gallery overlooking the central work floor. An internal staircase leads to the many offices, call centers and conference rooms on the gallery floor, also serving as composition in that space. Next to the stairs, we have constructed a kind of additional internal building with walls made of white metal netting spread over both floors, where we have situated service areas such as the cafeteria and employee welfare quiet rooms.

A Bit About Us
Our firm was established in 2000 and specializes in planning and designing offices and workspaces for companies and organizations. We provide a service from start to finish, including the planning, designing, and project managing until its conclusion. Architect Hagai Nagar, who founded the firm, has a B.Arch degree from the Tel Aviv University School of Architecture since 1999. He combines engineering-planning skills with an artistic one as both an architect and a designer.
The various projects we have led over the years were inspired by ideas and original designs developed in our firm, while connecting to what is happening in the global world of architecture and design. Our portfolio includes a long line of projects that have both a design as well as a functional view linking them together, while still looking to surprise, excite and innovate. Our professional approach combines creative design with technical excellence in engineering, while deeply familiarizing ourselves with a variety of materials and technologies. We love seeing it all take place, and lead projects to success while delving into various aspects such as ergonomics, lighting, acoustics, branding, etc.
