This is the third time we’ve been invited to design the offices for this company. With two other offices designed by Hagai Nagar Architects in prominent towers in the bustling Tel Aviv area, this project marks the third location the company has chosen to inhabit.
In an era that places great importance on employee wellness, our design process involves an ongoing dialogue with the client to achieve the necessary balance within the workspace. To support employees and create a warm, healthy, and creative environment, we emphasized a homely feel through the use of natural materials, diverse textures, soft colors, and rounded shapes.
The workspaces are enriched with natural light, and nature is brought inside—not only through views but also through the generous use of materials like wood and raw-look concrete, artisan joinery, and lush greenery that envelops the space.
The open-space work areas are positioned between a lounge-style entrance and a relaxation zone at the far end of the office. The interior design ensures a pleasant flow between these zones, providing optimal acoustic solutions and privacy through mesh or transparent partitions. Glass surfaces are also utilized as writable walls, supporting functionality and collaboration.
